Free Delivery On Items combined Over $300* ONLY.

The Free Shipping offering is subject to the below terms and conditions:

  • Free Shipping is only available to orders of $300 or greater, after any discounts or promo codes have been applied.
  • Free Shipping value total of $300, does not include shipping charges.
  • Free Shipping is only available for orders of cart weight less than 22Kg
  • Free Shipping is only available for items under 100cm in length (packaged)
  • The free shipping offer can be withdrawn or altered at any time without warning or notification.
  • Product exclusions apply*

The Free Shipping promotion excludes: selected winches, wiring looms, rocket launchers and Bimini's, and other products that are oversized or bulky high product weight or awkward packaging sizes).

P.O. Box Delivery

Unfortunately we are unable to send to a P.O. Box. All packages sent by Warragul Marine Centre will be sent via courier who are unable to send to P.O. Boxes. If a P.O. Box is your only delivery address. Please contact info@warragulmarine.com.au prior to placing you order for alternate delivery options. Items

Delivery Estimates

Delivery dates vary depending on your location and order size. Please allow up to 5-10 working days for a delivery through our online store. Delivery times are based on the date of dispatch, not the date or ordering. Regional areas may take longer than 10 days.

In some cases you order may be delayed. Please see below section for reasons why.

Order Tracking

You will receive email or text notifications when your order has been dispatched from our warehouse and when it is out for delivery. If you are unsure where you order is you can track your order through your email confirmation.

Bulky Items

Some items are classified as ‘Bulky’ Items due to their cubic weight. This can be weight or dimensions causing the courier companies to classify them as bulky oversized items. Bulky items are excluded from free shipping and in some cases may incur extra freight charges.

Online Order Delays

In some cases your order may be delayed such as:

  • An incorrect or incomplete address used during checkout.
  • In some cases your order may be flagged for fraud prevention verification. In this situation we will need to get in contact via phone to confirm your details before dispatching your order.
  • If an item you have included in your order is out of stock or needing to be ordered from a supplier your order will be delayed. In most situations you will be contacted for the option of partial deliveries.
  • If the payment process is unsuccessful your order will be delayed until the order has been paid correctly.

 

International Orders

We do not provide an international freight service.
