Genuine Suzuki Outboard Service Kit

Bring the listed maintenance parts together in one kit for your Suzuki DF100A, DF115A or DF140A four-stroke outboard. Genuine Suzuki service kit 17400-92824 covers the listed 2013–2015 models (100, 115 and 140 HP), subject to the serial-number checks below.

The base kit combines a water pump repair kit, oil filter, four spark plugs, fuel filter, internal protection anodes, gaskets, O-rings and cotter pin. See the full quantities and individual part numbers below so you can check exactly what you are ordering.

Important for 2015 engines: some require kit 17400-92824+1 with an extra anode and O-ring. Check the serial-number thresholds below before choosing your kit. Check your exact engine model and year; horsepower alone does not confirm fitment.

Choose the service kit alone, or add a thermostat, oil, or both. Thermostat and oils are optional extras, not included with Service Kit Only.

Optional oil bundle: 1 × 5 L plus 1 × 1 L engine oil, and 1 × 1 L gear oil. Included only when you select an option with oil.
